Dinspiration: 10 Recipes To Get You To 2020

I just realized that I haven't done a "Dinspiration" newsletter since late summer. I'd blame it on Thanksgiving tunnel vision, but I think I just forgot. It's true, though, that around this time of year so much of our cooking bandwidth is devoted to the holidays, or any number of other festive food occasions. While the last thing I want to do is stand in the way of you and your turkey, goose, crown roast, brisket, latkes, or whatever it may be, I also don't want to neglect the ordinary weeknight/anytime dishes that we still need to get on the table even as holiday cooking season is in full swing.

So, here are 10 mini-recipes to help get you through the rest of the year. They're all pretty manageable, tasty, good for the season and, as always, meant to get your juices flowing. Sorry, no geese here, but it's still a good flock of dishes. See you Friday.

Just because this is the season for all-out cooking and hosting doesn't mean the need for fast, easy, delicious weeknight dinners goes away. Here are some options for the next few weeks.
