I think the subject line of this email kind of says it all: I probably don't need to explain to you why a handful of dead-simple, low-effort, no-cook (for the most part), refreshing tomato recipes might be warranted smack in the middle of summer. All I'll say is this: Of the 10 recipes here, some may ring a little familiar (tomato and peach with red onion and lime; tomato and tuna with puttanesca-y fixings), while others may be a little surprising (pan-roasted grape tomatoes with curry powder, arugula, and mint; tomatoes and puffed brown rice with chickpeas, coconut, chile, and lime).
