What a brilliant thing you're doing! Just joined from the UK after hearing Mark on Dr Hyman's podcast.
Mark: I wish to remind you of 2 recipes from YEARS ago that are family favorites. Red wine pasta with the pasta barely al dente ( I add basil to the top) and a seared grape dish with sausage- I substitute a thick white fish. They have lived for a long time in my house and now are on the next generation (sorry, not trying to make you feel old).

This sounds amazing and I'd love to join, as I am a high school teacher who teaches a class covering many of these topics. However, I've already well exceeded my pay-to-work budget this year with distance learning including so many more costs. Any chance for free memberships for teachers?
