Ingredients

  • 1 pound parsnips, peeled and roughly chopped

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Pinch freshly grated nutmeg (optional)

  • Butter for reheating (optional)
