The falafel hash is delicious! The chickpeas didn't really get "crispy", but they did dry out and brown a little. The spices, onions, and tahini sauce are such great flavors. I'm really looking forward to leftovers for lunch. Very satisfying meal; meat was not missed.
Excited to try these! Personal tip - green tea is best brewed below boiling point (between 150 F and 180 F). To prevent the bitterness caused by burnt leaves, I'm planning on making the broth with VERY WARM water, and then bringing up to boiling after removing the tea
Soba With Green Tea Broth Gives no indication of how much tempeh to use. More importantly it gives no indication of how much tea to use to make the broth. A simple read by the writer/editor should have caught this.
This may not be a kosher question (btw, it has nothing to do with “Kosher”) but ... do you have a fave GF pasta? These recipes look great and may even get me to like tempeh!
